HubSpot Integration

If your sales team lives in HubSpot, you can pull that data into Nymble instead of re-keying it. The import is one-way: HubSpot to Nymble. Nothing is written back to HubSpot.

What gets imported

  • Contacts become Nymble contacts
  • Companies become Nymble companies
  • Deals become Nymble opportunities

Each record keeps its HubSpot ID, so running the import again updates the same records rather than creating duplicates.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Open Integrations from the sidebar
  2. Click Connect HubSpot and approve access in HubSpot
  3. Turn on the HubSpot toggle
  4. Click Sync HubSpot to run the import

How the import behaves

  • It runs when you click the button. There is no background schedule.
  • HubSpot is the source of truth for imported fields. If you edit an imported contact in Nymble and then run the import again, HubSpot’s values overwrite yours.
  • Records you create in Nymble that do not exist in HubSpot are left alone.

If you need Nymble changes to flow back into HubSpot, that is not supported today.
