Prices are per user per month. Annual billing is $19 (Core) and $32 (Pro) per user per month, paid up front.
AI credits beyond your plan's monthly allowance are billed at $0.10 per credit. Domain technology lookups use 10 credits each.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you are invoiced for the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Does Nymble integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. Nymble integrates with HubSpot (CRM import), Slack, and RescueTime (automatic time tracking), and has a REST API for automations and AI.
How does the AI work?
Ask Nymble answers questions about your workspace (hours, invoices, pipeline, utilization) by looking up your records as you, so it only sees what your role can see. On a record you can summarize an account, write a status update or draft an email. Each run uses one AI credit. Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI do the writing; Nymble picks them.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime. Role-based access control with 45+ granular permission policies ensures your data stays protected.
Can contractors use Nymble too?
Yes. Nymble supports both employees and contractors. Contractors can log time, submit invoices, and manage their assignments — all within the same platform.
How does billing and invoicing work?
Nymble handles both payables (what you owe vendors/contractors) and receivables (what clients owe you). Create invoices from tracked time, manage multi-status payment workflows, and keep your finances organized.
